2.1 These Terms & Conditions are a legally binding agreement between you and pk3xx. They govern all use of the pk3xx platform including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonus claims, and participation in any game or betting market.
2.2 By clicking "Register", completing the account creation process, or continuing to use the pk3xx platform after any update to these Terms, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions.
2.3 pk3xx reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
3.1 To register and use the pk3xx platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:
4.1 Each player may hold only one Account on pk3xx. The maintenance of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
4.2 When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.

4.4 Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by pk3xx may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is satisfactorily completed.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk3xx login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number.
5.2 You must not share your pk3xx login credentials with any third party. pk3xx support staff will never ask for your full password. Any request for your password should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to pk3xx immediately.
5.3 You agree to notify pk3xx immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account. pk3xx cannot be held liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
5.4 pk3xx reserves the right to lock or suspend any Account where unusual login activity is detected, pending identity verification by the Account holder.
6.1 pk3xx accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, USDT TRC20, and debit card. Accepted payment methods are subject to change; the current list is displayed on the Cashier page within your Account.
6.2 The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per day; these limits are displayed in the Cashier section.
6.3 Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your pk3xx Account balance within minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 banking hours to reflect.
6.4 All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned where possible; any associated winnings will be forfeited.
6.5 pk3xx does not charge a platform fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
7.1 Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, subject to availability. Where this is not possible, pk3xx will contact the player to arrange an alternative method.
7.2 Before processing any withdrawal, pk3xx may require the player to complete or update their KYC documentation. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until verification is complete.
7.3 The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000. Standard withdrawal processing time is 2 to 6 hours from approval; during peak periods this may extend to 24 hours.
7.4 Players must wager any deposited amount at least once before a withdrawal can be processed. Bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified in Section 8 below.
7.5 pk3xx reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms, pending investigation.
8.1 pk3xx may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to the general conditions in this Section.
All bonus funds credited to a pk3xx Account are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier, e.g., 30x) is stated in the terms of each individual promotion. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each offer.

pk3xx monitors for patterns of bonus abuse including, but not limited to: claiming multiple bonuses under different accounts, placing low-risk bets to artificially complete wagering requirements, or withdrawing immediately upon meeting the minimum wagering threshold. Where abuse is detected, pk3xx reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend the relevant Account.
9.1 All bets placed on pk3xx, including sports bets on PSL, international cricket, UFC, football, and other markets, are subject to the specific rules applicable to that market or game type. These rules are displayed within the relevant section of the platform.
9.2 pk3xx uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all software-dealt casino games. RNG systems are independently tested to ensure fairness and compliance with internationally recognised standards.
9.3 In the event of a technical failure during a game round or sporting event, pk3xx's technical logs will be used to determine the outcome. Where no outcome can be determined, the wager will be voided and the stake returned to the player's Account.
9.4 Odds and game results are final once a round or event is settled. pk3xx will not overturn a settled result unless an error in the settlement process is identified by pk3xx's trading or games team.
9.5 pk3xx reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event has already concluded (known as "late bets") and to return the stake to the player.
10.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk3xx platform. Violation of any of the following will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may result in referral to relevant authorities:

12.3 The pk3xx name, logo, and all associated branding are trademarks of pk3xx. Use of any pk3xx trademark without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk3xx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the pk3xx platform.

13.3 In any event, pk3xx's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
14.1 pk3xx collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the pk3xx Privacy Policy.
14.2 pk3xx may share your personal data with third-party payment processors (including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, and UBL), KYC verification service providers, fraud detection systems, and regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by law.

15.1 pk3xx reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to players via a notice on the pk3xx website or by SMS to the player's registered mobile number, at pk3xx's discretion.
15.2 The version of these Terms in force at the time of any relevant transaction or event shall apply to that transaction or event, unless superseded by a materially revised version that was communicated to the player prior to that transaction.
15.3 If you disagree with any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the pk3xx platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of your available balance by contacting pk3xx support.
16.1 If you have a complaint regarding the pk3xx platform or any transaction, you should first contact pk3xx customer support via live chat or by email to [email protected]. Please provide full details of the issue including your Account username, the date of the transaction, and a clear description of the dispute.
16.2 pk3xx will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and aims to provide a final resolution within 10 business days. Complex disputes involving game outcomes or financial transactions may require additional time.
16.3 Where a dispute cannot be resolved through pk3xx's internal complaints process, both parties agree to refer the matter to binding arbitration conducted under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body, as designated by pk3xx at the relevant time.
16.4 Nothing in this Section limits your right to bring an action in a court of competent jurisdiction for urgent injunctive relief.
17.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk3xx is incorporated and/or licensed, as applicable.
17.2 pk3xx operates under internationally recognised gaming compliance frameworks. The platform is made available to Pakistani players under those frameworks and it is the player's responsibility to ensure that use of online gaming services complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.
